What you can order directly
Anything on the approved catalog can be ordered without a separate approval. Everything else needs a pre-approval from Fiscal Services before the order is placed.
Timelines
Orders placed before the 15th are typically fulfilled within the same month. Plan for a three-week turnaround at the start of the school year.
